poor air conditioningmissing tv remote
the room was not great. the air conditioning barely worked. the tv remote was also missing, made relaxing in the evenings difficult. i found the service slow and unresponsive when i reported these issues. it's really frustrating when basic amenities aren't up to par and no one seems to care.

the beds were not comfortable at all because they split in the middle. the mattress dipped significantly. this caused back pain and disrupted my sleep. i think adding a bracket to join the two sections would help a lot

The staff were very good. Their kindness touched our hearts. the pool became our haven, a place of serenity. dining was a pure joy. The food and drinks were delectable. overall, the hotel enhanced our special time together SO MUCH.
there was just one teeny thing-the natural light in the room wasn't the absolute brightest.

the hotel greeted us with a refreshing drink upon arrival it was great considering it was so hot. the staff were helpful. i found the room size was pretty good and the hotel had a modern style. breakfast was great.
the beds felt uncomfortable because of a split in the middle and the mattress dipping this caused slight back ache.

the hotel is a bit outside the city center it is good who want a quiet rest. public transport is somewhat difficult to access in the area so car rental is optimal.

I found the staff utterly lovely. Naomi at the bar helped us order food late one night. they were lovely. the service stood out! the hotel provided a secure parking area, a definite plus. the room was very clean and quite comfortable.
The beds were really uncomfortable. The mattress dipped in the middle. this gave me back ache and broken sleep. i suggest a bracket join to fix this.
